Terms of Participation and Ticket Refunds
Roots in the Woods Festival 2025
🎟️ Ticket Refunds Purchased tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the event is cancelled by the organizer. In the event of cancellation, we will strive to refund the ticket price, but reserve the right not to refund the full amount if non-refundable costs have already been incurred (equipment rental, infrastructure, artist fees and accommodation costs, etc.).
🔁 Ticket Transfer Tickets are transferable – if you cannot attend the festival, you may pass them on to another person without notifying the organizer.
🎵 Program Changes The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program, schedule, lineup, and festival location. Changes to the lineup or order of performances are not grounds for a refund.
🌧️ Bad Weather The festival takes place outdoors, even in rain, cold, or wind. Visitors are responsible for bringing appropriate clothing and gear. Bad weather does not justify cancellation or refund.
⚠️ Force Majeure and Natural Disasters In the case of force majeure such as natural disasters (floods, fires, storms), epidemics, wars, states of emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent the event from taking place, the organizer reserves the right to:
postpone the event to a later date (tickets remain valid), or
cancel the event if postponement is not possible.
If cancellation occurs due to force majeure, the organizer reserves the right to:
not fully refund the ticket price if non-refundable costs have been incurred, and
offer a partial refund, a voucher, or another form of compensation depending on the situation.
🧷 Personal Responsibility of Attendees Visitors attend the festival at their own risk. The organizer is not responsible for injuries, theft, loss of personal belongings, or other damages incurred on-site or during the event. Attendees must act responsibly, follow the instructions of the organizers and security staff, and respect the rules of the venue.
🗑️ Respect for Nature and the Environment The festival takes place in unspoiled nature, and we ask all visitors to respect the environment. Each attendee is responsible for keeping their area clean and for disposing of waste in designated bins. In the spirit of a sustainable festival, we encourage the use of reusable items and avoiding single-use plastics.

🛑 Refusal of Entry The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals showing signs of obvious intoxication, violence, aggression, or other inappropriate behavior, without any obligation to refund the ticket.¸
